How We Work

Starting is straightforward. Most clients begin with a 60-minute session where we listen and gather your history, then continue in focused 45-minute meetings built around goals you set for yourself. We draw on solution-focused, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral methods, adjusting as we go so the work fits your real life rather than a fixed script. From the first conversation, our aim is practical progress you can actually feel.
