Sharon Turnage has been a transformative force in our mission, serving as Program Director and Psychotherapist with over twenty years of dedicated service. Her extensive experience in perinatal mental health care, addiction, grief, and mood disorders enriches our practice with depth and compassion. Sharon's Master of Social Work from Fordham University and her pursuit of a PhD showcase her unwavering commitment to learning and growth. She brings a personal touch to her work, drawing from her own journey of turning pain into purpose by establishing the Tyler Nicole Foundation and the Luis Danvers Leukemia Fund in honor of her children's experiences. 


Our practice greatly benefits from Sharon’s evidence-based treatments and her devotion to supporting individuals through trauma and addiction. Her understanding of life's trials and triumphs allows her to provide empathetic and effective care. Sharon's passion for advocacy empowers our community to find resilience and hope.
