Tracey D. Little

President & Lead Practitioner

Tracey D. Little is the founder and driving force behind Community Concern LCSW Services, PC. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Georgia with more than 25 years in the field, she opened the practice in 2015 to bring dignified, culturally competent care to communities of color. Tracey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Level-2 Solution-Focused Clinician, and an International Gaming Disorder Counselor, with additional training in substance abuse, domestic violence, and gambling and gaming disorders. She works with individuals and couples through trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, always leading with the practice's belief in "Wellness Not Illness, Mind, Body and Spirit." A passionate educator and founding member of the Voices of Organizing Project, she has advocated for families and children throughout her career, work that earned her a Child Advocacy Award. She holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University.
